Your two examples are Camp Taurajo and Dalaran, with a combined death toll of maybe 100 people and that’s being generous.
I mean atrocities like the Horde commits, death tolls in the thousands and millions.

Last time I chekced everyone responsile for those atrocities was actually punished. Unlike Jaina and Vereesa however who still roam free.

Thrall has canonically killed more Alliance than Jaina has killed Horde.

No he didn’t. Just like Baine and the most of the Horde council none of them has a bad history with the blue team. Blizzard precisly removed every Horde leader from office who ever looked at you the mean way.
