How would Elune being the Winter Queen’s sister “reduce” her in any way?

Eternal Ones are a Pantheon of a Cosmic Force, ie on the same tier as Titans if (allgedly, Ion sometimes says dumb things because he’s a bad interview-ee) stronger.

Eternals are the Pantheon of Death. Titans are the Pantheon of Order. They’re Pantheons, Creations. Elune is 100% not going to be part of a Pantheon, but a First One who helped create existence and Pantheons.
