In order to participate on the In Development beta forums, your account must have access to The War Within beta.
Once you’ve confirmed that your account has beta access (either through invite, or pre-purchasing the Epic Edition), then you may need to fully log out of the forums and log in again for your access to specific categories to be refreshed.
