Same issue - Just can’t see my main account on the live version. It’s still there for classic

This is happening for me as well.

The workaround that is working to get me into my real account. Backed out of and logged out of the “Starter Account”, then logged in manually. I even had to enter an authenticator code manually as the app didn’t register a request, but I got into my actual account. Hope that helps.

yeah its just annoying cuz for me its asking for authen. code which I have to get my phone for via bnet app, which is also already annoying enough as it is cuz my mobile app bugs out every week and doesn’t connect until I restart it like 10 times.

Same here. Retail defaults to a trial account and I do not have the ability to switch accounts. I can switch accounts if I change to MoP classic, but that’s it

Yeah i guess the workaround is just to launch the game straight from the wow.exe executable rather than using the bnet launcher. You can select your original account license then.

LOL and another thing that’s bugged on top of it is unable to view my own forum activity or even change forum users here. Another DDOS incoming or something? It’s always something weird that happens prior to one. Like big earthquakes.

Had to log in without the launcher(s) assistance. So, when logging in, hit cancel. Then type in your account info and everything should be there.
