The user account disappeared from Battle.net

My girlfriend’s user account disappeared from Battle.net. We checked on the website and it’s available, and we can also log into Classic. But the retail account doesn’t appear in the list. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just us?

Same here I can’t access my main account, and for 20 years I’ve wanted to remove that dumb starter account.

Same yes. Its defaulting to a Starter Acct as well. But still shows the original account/license on the website.

You can do this through the support page automatically without submitting a ticket; there you can manually remove starter accounts.

Same here, after downloading the pre release update can only log into classic.

Same issue, i can only see two other accounts that are not on TWW, my main account is not showing in battlenet launcher.

Also missing my main account. It shows up on the website, but not on the launcher.

I’m having the same issue. Trial account I never really wanted is default and my main account is nowhere to be seen.

There use to be a subscription/account selection on the launcher but I don’t see it there anymore.

At least we’re not alone with the issue…

My account also disappeared. It’s acting like I don’t have a retail account and only giving me a trial account. Glad I’m not the only one. Can’t be deleted since I am posting this message on my shaman.

MoP classic is giving me the options atleast.

Yes, we’re also glad that this isn’t just our personal situation. It means it’s an error on Blizzard’s side, not that someone hacked us and deleted her user account, which makes things better. Thanks to everyone who replied in the thread!

I am also experiencing this, i was able to work around by opening the game with the starter account and stopping the login process then my account still appears on the ingame login and was able to get into my account

Same here. It was listed this morning but now all I have are old alt accounts that I don’t play anylonger.

Thank goodness I’m not the only one… I have access to my wow1 account but my wow2 account has vanished and I can’t figure it out… I’ve checked my account info online and also tried just simply logging out/in of the Bnet client. But nothing.

I just logged off, BNET updated and my acc missed as well. Most likely another bug on The Bug Within.
