So as it turns out, they are indeed taking questions from the forums for the upcoming QnA. I went ahead and asked the following question in the following post:
“Since we’ve seen Saurok migrate off Pandaria and even becoming friendly and working with different races, are they naturally evolving, becoming more civilized, and becoming smarter than before as the Saurok race as a whole matures through giving birth to new generations of Saurok?”

I opted to go with that question as, between it and the other, it might have a better chance to get answered to explain Saurok becoming more civilized and more intelligent.
…of course, I’d be surprised if my questions did get answered, but I gotta try! You never know if it could inspire something in the future, also.
