Rommath an interesting character.

IIRC there was datamined voice lines from Cata regarding Rommath betraying the Horde to the Twilight Cult that never made it into the game. Some people suspect it was either a scrapped storyline or a red herring to throw people off as to who really was working for the Twilight Cult or Rommath is still a member but the writers decided not to make it revealed in canon yet so they could use him later in a Twilight storyline. Either way, it adds to his character, makes him mysterious.

I thought High Elves were “bland” and “Uninteresting” according to you. Why do you claim to play one if you have such opinions of them? Because it looks quite trollish really.

In terms of gameplay:
LFD arent the same as Draenai
Valves aren’t the same as Belves
Nightborne arent the same as Belves

I completely agree with this. I mentioned it and i can’t remember if it is this thread or another one earlier this week but i think Vol’jins death was done way too fast (however i see they are going to use it for some lore reasons later on) and he hadn’t even had time to put his stamp on the Horde OR even get the seat warm.

Personally i think it wasn’t bad story wise to lose Varian at the same time due to the chaos it created lore wise at the top of both factions…but i think it would have been enough to just lose Varian and not to have Vol’jin exit so fast. I also honestly feel that something story wise is going on because the VASTLY OBVIOUS choice to lead the Horde would have been Baine. I personally think (and i don’t think i am alone) that the Tauren are the soul of the Horde and the Orc’s and Trolls are the heart of the Horde itself and those races naturally should be front and center of the leadership or at least front and center of the story of the Horde (and i think they are) but i think that there needed to be something extreme like Vol’jin’s death to bring Sylvanas into the forefront to tell a story around her which we are now seeing.

tbf, high/blood elf paladins have 1 look. high elves are now blood elves according to the lore and the devs

if we got a copy paste of blood elves instead of mechagnomes there would be way more upset alliance players out there

They were my choice for Priest class representatives in my void elf origin suggestion.

The other classes would be represented by:

• Summoner Nolric (Warlock)
• Taela Everstride (Hunter)
• Theloria Shadecloack (Rogue)
• Kriss Goldenlight (Monk, still a high elf, trying to help the velves)

Umbric would be the mage representative, and I have no idea who I’d use for warrior.
