You, a High Elf? What are those weird glowing yellow eyes? Control the light infusion because it can taint you even further and some glowing light tattoos can apper in your skin without your consent. And your dress, it’s so extravagant, but not in a pretty way, those green gems they don’t fit for a High Elf, are you sure that those aren’t just fel crystals?
Paladin, a Blood Knight right, did you became a Paladin through developing your faith and connection with the Light with the Silver Hand like the other High Elves? It don’t seems like, and behind you, it’s red, you are part of the Horde, i never saw a Horde High Elf before.

We are not asking for a “flavor of high elf” we are asking for a playable version of the High Elves that have been with the Alliance for generations and never became Blood Elves or Void Elves.

A different political aligment doesn’t make a race any different.
Night Elves weren’t playable on the Horde. They gave the Horde Night Elves.
This invalidates your arguments. Don’t bother bringing up the trade. It doesn’t matter.
You’re trying to follow arbitrary rules of what has happened already. Those rules will change as more Allied Races are released.
You’ve got no evidence these are rules that the developers have observed as rules they need to follow. They’re just coincidences people have looked at.
