As a life long fan of The Crusade since 2007, getting a new bigger shield was good news until… the Emblem on the shield is halfway scratched/faded off. I’d greatly appreciate if you add it back properly.

I think it’s supposed to be like a used shield that was wielded by some member of the Scarlet Crusade who has seen quite a bit of action.
You can blame all the zombies and plague bears for all the scratches.

It went through wars. And survived. That’s a good shield. Our armor shouldn’t always look perfect, imo. A scratched, faded shield showing its epicness by surviving through all of that is pretty swank to me.

i love the scuffed armor it give me the i have been to battle and lived look
I’m fairly confident we’ve not seen the last of the scarlet crusade, so more cosmetics may find their way into the game eventually.
I mean I’m gonna be real with you, if you want some Scarlet Crusade armor it’s gonna NEED to be scuffed up because the only way the Crusade is letting a non-human wear their armor is if its pried from their cold, dead hands.

it’s almost like the shield is meant to look used so the painted on emblem has taken some damage.

I think there’s still another shield in the files. 
…there’s even a stormwind shield with the same fade. 
Perhaps the Scarlets and the Stormwind Guards were trained in the same shield-techniques, consequently causing similar wear-and-tear.

I think it’s possible humans from stormwind ended up in the ranks of the scarlets-- although the russian accents make me suspicious.
