We do know the 100th, that’s the top io player. Again you are showing you don’t understand how percentiles work.
you go up on percentile bro 1th is the top…
We know the 100th and the 1st. 100th is anyone with exactly 200 io because that’s the minimum score required to be logged in RIO.
Okay so we can say rounding up to the 200 io is 100% of the logged player base of m+
anything below that is not counted so we can say 56% of the player base timed all 2s
Thats is how percentile works to logged and known players(characters). This why you can see how many chars on the front page updated on how many chars logged since start of S1.
Its just the sad truth
That’s not even accurate because that 56% requires them to time all the dungeons at+2 but there are absolutely players who have 3s 4s 5s timed in some dungeons that don’t have 1 of the dungeons timed on the +2 not being counted. There’s tons of players who have 14s timed with a 12 GB or SV.
That’s why when you look at the percentile for timing all dungeons and the score you would have by doing so is different from the percentiles by score alone.
So no, 56% do not only time a +2 which was your argument.
Raid io doesn’t count them because having each key timed will be insane amount nonsense reason why we don’t till the 1th. Its the average dude its not that deep. You can’t just can’t be that tight on what is already on percentile.
You can say its 56% of players thats what io does put players in set levels because io.
yes, they are still in a percentile of the player base.
I do not see where you get this, its already for all timed dungeons…as a % of that percentile…
you got on the one timed 2 but you made it worst when its all dungeon timed at 2
You can clearly see it and you trying add numbers that raider io already throw out. Its right there…
Its is the % of the of players at that percentile so we can see and add up the average and say it is 56%
Except this is exactly how it works for the numbers you are looking at. The 56% means they timed all dungeons at +2. Not that 56% have timed a +2.
The point is that these players would only be counted in the percentiles of those who timed all +12 even if they timed 6 or 7 dungeons at +14.
The players who timed +2 keys range from 200IO to 1320IO.
No…
You are right at some points. Bani is right mainly not perfect though. The gap between percentile are still added up and end up being the overall of players. They add every single player that have that io and above. The 1th percentile is still apart of the others. I went over the math and its end up to be 55% just in the US. they do not split people out of each one. Its an system that rewards up in keys and keeps in mind the lower ones. They keep everyone in the same pool. The characters that he is talking about are real characters.
As one of the posters here commented, it would be amazing (to watch) if almost all casts were target locked as Mistacallers
eheheheheheehe
Do you seriously think there’s only 600k characters that timed all dungeons at +2 and up? Theres 2.1 million unique Prot Paladins alone.
Yes the 600k is regional and the 2.1mil prot pal is world wide, but even if you add up the +2 stats for other regions there’s no way.
LOLOLOL I should have checked sooner, but are you seriously sock puppeting trying to use an alt to say you’re right?
Wow. No words at how hilarious that is.
And using a 3rd one to self like.
Only gets funnier.
And a fourth one.
What’s sad is what you resorted to because you lost an argument.
That one gif of the Paladin running in, and instantly dying is a perfect summarization as to why tanking this season sucks.
Except tanking feels fine. Going splat means people aren’t pressing their buttons.
My response was to you stating the above. Now you’re attempting to shift your argument instead of just accepting you’re wrong.
Not so much about tanking but more for healing. You are expected to dps, heal, decurise, remove poison, while doing mechanics and top of off pick up others mistakes and do afflix. Is too much. Before you can even do decent in your roll you need a ton off add ons and tons of key binds and macro to even play. Is too complicated.
Everything you listed is done by every role by every good player.
Its not exclusive to just healers
what, you mean tank busters every 15 secs in some fights, or every 30 secs in some dungeons? You don’t find that fun? Look at all the fun we’re having.
lol I think it truly is a mixture of things. The dungeons are over baked. You need to have dps that can cleanse themselves, do a million stuns and aoe stops, interrupt using every ability you can, soothe enrages, use all your cds… then the tank doesn’t feel quite as bad to heal… like it’s a combo feeling between the enemy mobs and their damage output and how much can be mitigated beyond what a healer and tank can handle. So it just feels bad when something isn’t happening right!
This doesn’t mean much of anything because the boss hits for absolutely nothing outside of Obsidian Beam. Theres plenty of bosses where the tank damage is tiny:
Dawnbreaker 1st, 3rd
Stonevault 4th
City of Threads 4th
Ara Kara 2nd, 3rd
Mists: 3rd
Siege: 2nd
It’s a combination of 10 problems that didn’t exist in DF, and 20 problems that didn’t exist in Shadowlands.
The game is being intentionally developed into the ground.
We’ve never had a tank problem, we have a DPS problem… because it’s all anyone wants to do and then wanna complain about the lack of tanks or healers.
