I’m not sure, their post history is full of stuff like this and it all seems pretty genuine. They launch into this sort of thing any time they perceive something being said negatively about the game.

Someone asks if the Sword of Silithus is made from bones.
I go look. I report back that the hilt looks like bones but that might just be a design.
Someone said I’m wrong, it’s not bones or a design it’s a meme which makes no sense.
I say that’s nonsense which it is. What does that have to do with the hilt design?

No, what makes you a troll is completely being oblivious to a joke, and then making things up like people said you were wrong about bones no one talked about or replied to you about.

I saw that video. Now we all know that once WOW leaves an area they are pretty much done with it except for unusual exceptions so when Asmongold asks Ion about the sword he is basically asking a stupid question.
Ion makes a snarky remark “what sword” which means “that’s a stupid question but I’m being polite and making a joke”.
Now at this point Asmongold, who should know it was a stupid question but maybe he thought it had to be asked should just nod and say sure. But no, he leans back as if he’s somewhere between surprised and shocked and makes a face (his number 1 talent).
Now there are two reasons Asmongold would have been suprised at the snarky answer to his stupid question.
1), He’s a moron who doesn’t know how expansions work in spite of playing for a while -or-
2). He knows it was a stupid question and a snarky answer but he’s *** REACTING *** to get his fan boys all worked up.
Now I have a theory as to which of those two it is but I’ll leave that as an exercise for the reader.
