im doing the quest to get my priest class mount but once i start the scenario and arrive in the cave, all the npcs just go still and don’t move like they should. i can’t get past the door litterally right at the beggining of the scenario. one of them just says that there should be a lever somewhere and then nothing else happens.
This issue is really bad and considering that this is content from LEGION, it needs to be addressed immediately.

Got this same exact bug. Was pretty frustrating. Hope it gets fixed.

Same issue, I’ve been trying for days.
This is the last class mount I need.
Ive dropped and picked up again, tried in different specs with different artifact weapons, different specs with different non artifact weapons, removed all add ons, cleared cache, deleted WTF folder, restarted my modem and router, I even made sure all my damn system drivers were up to date (not that that should affect a quest), I’ve done everything I can find to do except reinstalling the game. I’ve even just stood in front of the door for half an hour and watched Betild Deepanvil bounce back and forth randomly between two spots like some glitch in the matrix.
What the heck is going on!

Currently, same issue. Hopefully the tickets will get it fixed. Not the first bug with this quest from what i’ve seen looking for solutions for this issue. Just have this NPC glitching back and forth. 
I hope this gets fixed but everytime I submit a ticket i’m getting an automated response with no solution.
I got a response to a ticket today, they said that the quest “bugs sometimes”, and the GM marked the quest as complete for me so I was able to just turn it in and claim the mount. I won’t get to experience the quest itself, but at least it’s a solution.
Worth noting that when I first submitted a ticket I also got an automated response, I replied to the automated one letting them know I had already done everything it suggested, and then I just had to wait several days. (which they also apologized for the delay).
Submit those tickets Priests!

I just got a response almost a week later after 2 tickets. Just have patience, and hope they answer faster! They did state they are trying to fix the issue.

where did they state that? Blizz seems to have ignored this issue and not adressed it
I am having the same issue with the quest, I start the scenario and Magni doesnt open the door, tried hearthing out and re entering, dropping the quest and picking up the quest again and logging out and back in to no avail

Been trying to turn this quest in for days and still bugged.

…when you make small goals to enjoy WoW again, and these small goals are blocked by bugs.
couple weeks of working toward this only to be met with this nonsense is TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING
for me personally this is how my sub gets cancelled for months at a time…ooof

Anyone else just keep getting automated responses telling you to reload, abandon and re take and all that? so Frustrating and the ticket wait time just keeps increasing everytime it went from 2 days to 8 now lol. sigh

Yeah it’s still bugged. I was so close to getting the mount too Needed to submit a ticket, so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
9/15/22 quest is still bugged. The NPCs just kind of stand there and teleport around a couple feet.

I had a ticket in for about a week. Only to have auto response tell me to reload, abandon and re take and all that. Also said Blizzard was too busy to answer my ticket. They also closed my ticket and marked it as answered. Making it so I couldn’t ask for more help. I am really annoyed at this point. All we can do is keep submitting tickets and hope one day they will actually look at them.
I just got to this quest and it’s still bugged out. So frustrating that it’s still not fixed.
