Same thing happened to me. I was able to click on “not resolved.” Still no response.
Still bugged as of 9/21/22
9/21/22 I submitted my ticket a week ago and I finally got my class mount!!! They apologized for the delay and told me it is a known issue with this quest. It requires a GM to manually intervene until the developers fix it.
Don’t worry. When I submitted my ticket I waited for 24 hours and they gave me this automated response and marked it as answered. I marked it as ‘not resolve’ and left a message that I followed all the steps and I’m still stuck on the quest. After that it took a week and an actual GM answered my ticket and I got the mount. Just be patient and dont make a new ticket because it will make the process longer.
Personally I didn’t have the option to marked it as ‘not resolve’. So a second ticket later I can confirm that I did get the mount as well.
Just takes time.

how did you submit a ticket? I made this post and I think this was the only way and I’ve gotten no response from a GM.
As of 10/10/22 its still not working. I submitted a ticket and nothing. Removed all my add ons and everything.
10/16, still bugged.
17 Days 23 hour wait time on ticket.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
logged out/in
abandoned/regained quest
disabled addons
deleted wtf/cache/etc folders
repaired wow
uninstalled/reinstalled
completed other quests that might have once been gated to this point.
glared hatefully at my computer screen with much venom.
2 mouths later and this isn’t fixed? My priest as also stuck with the same issue. I tried to make a ticket and it never takes. It’s like they shut down and now people can make a ticket to get help. What the hell is going on? Blizzard was never this bad at helping with issues 6 months ago!

10/18/2022 This is still bugged. Blizzard has just put all old content on the backburner for the new expansion. WoW was down most of the day today and they haven’t fixed anything… So infuriating. I submitted a ticket and got an automated response. Reload, abandon quest blah blah blah. Like do they think we don’t already know the drill with so many issues in this game? I’ve played since vanilla and I can’t even tell you how many problems i’ve had that they never fixed. We spend our time grinding this out only to be roadblocked by something they’ve known about for months. Get it together Blizz.
UPDATE: After dropping the quest multiple times today… I decided to try once more and I was dumped off in the ocean before the submarine got to the Vault.
Exactly the same experience as Spoiled. I went through the same steps they suggested in the automated response without any change. I was amused at their suggestion to look at Wowhead, where the last report was this was still a problem. Nothing they suggested worked, so I hit the “still a problem” button and waited. Two days later, I see that the ticket was marked as resolved and they suggest I report a bug, since they don’t handle bugs. Wowser! If this was “resolved”, I am wondering why I don’t have the mount yet! 
Oh, and before you mention “Hunters don’t get that quest”, this was on a Priest alt.a
Has of 10/24/22, quest is still bugged
Just to report back, a GM marked the quest as completed and my priest alt now has the mount. I find it sad that they have to work around it this way, but with the new XPAC coming out I can understand why fixing this quest might not be a #1 priority at the moment. Very frustrating, but support did resolve the issue for me.
Happy to report the bug is now fixed!!! Previous to last expac I had tried and it was not working. I cancelled quest then. I just tried this evening and it worked no issue! Just wanted to pass this along to others who enjoyed the Bronzebeard chatter. Happy gaming!
11/16/22 Have tried quest again and is still bugged for me. hop eot hear back from Blizz eventually
11/18/2022 - Same issue here, Magni and Brann don’t do anything once inside the temple. After working towards this for the past few weeks, it is pretty frustrating to hit this roadblock right at the very end.
Not to state the obvious but did you try abandoning the quest entirely and retrying? I was able to complete this about 3 weeks back after the pre-patch.
Still bugged today. However, I stood with the keeper until the mobs spawned and it marked the quest as completed. I kept attacking the mobs until they vanished (The attacks never appeared to do anything, but they would teleport to me and then die)…then ran back to Brann and everyone else disappeared. I clicked and he sent me back to Dalaran and it counted.
