Probably because most people remember what it was like to have flight as a staple transport before they decided to screw the community, it’s something they will never live down, I said it then and … but to answer your question … No WQ are not fun and theyre even less fun when we have to ride around mobs to get there and then being dazxed and dismounted and even killed because we can’t be bothered killing 10 mobs to get to the WQ area that we have been forced to rid to by land. Yes this has actually happened to me, I just log out dead on the floor … But it’s more than that, going straight to any form of content instead of riding around the country side when you’ve done it all before makes it barely acceptable in the current content climate.

If it helps, I use the padding for my mount to take daze and dismounting out of the question.

You are aware that that info just dropped a few hours ago yes? Up til then it has been the consensus for some time according to the PTR progresstimate that a 7 week period would be the guess. Also had you bothered to follow the conversation flow in the last few posts here you would have understood that we had already covered this new information, so maybe you should stop selectively assuming that everyone else is only aware of old information when it has actually been discussed right in front of your face, no need to even go to any other sources for it. Donb’t you look silly? as for all my other points they remain unchanged. It’s pretty funny posters claiming flight will only take 2 weeks when we don’t even know yet when the patch will drop, and the time spent before it drops actually counts. So it will be way closer to a year than to “two weeks” into SL before flight becomes a thing.
