If you are building it all up via spells then spelladin seems appropriate.

Well, looking up the lvl of esfand was my first time ever watching a live stream.
Theloras linked a few pics above. But the main problem with the shaman is (compared to the paladin) that he has not at least 1 set-bonus that proccs per melee hit.
At least I was looking up old T-sets and maybe the Rogue T2 8/8 bonus would be a good combination with that quest-weapon, too.
But idk how a rogue works…so that should be tested by a rogue.
This spec just as RET will not do well in classic…

For shamans maybe this combination would work:
1x Quest-weapon with Frostbrand Weapon enchant.
Frostbrand Weapon
Rank 5
160 mana
Instant
Imbue the Shaman’s weapon with frost. Each hit has a chance of causing 175 additional Frost damage and slowing the target’s movement speed by 25% for 8 sec. Lasts for 5 minutes.
And additional 2x
Freezing Band
Item Level 52
Binds when equipped
Finger
+10 Frost Resistance
Requires Level 47
Equip: Increases damage done by Frost spells and effects by up to 21.
Equip: When struck in combat has a 1% chance of inflicting 50 Frost damage to the attacker and freezing them for 5 sec.

I’d rather https://classic.wowhead.com/item=22339/rune-band-of-wizardry just so we’d not be stuck with frost damage and there’s also the extra hit.
Frostbrand is awful (low proc rate). We’d be using Flametongue instead.

Yeah, once stuff isn’t immune to fire damage and you’ll have better rings at that point anyways

Do the MCP charges recharge ? I thought it was just 3 charges forever ?
It’s 3 per then no more. You can carry more than 1 however so you farm a bunch and use a new one when appropriate.
This is what makes classic great. Random quest item can totally change it all.

no you have to farm multiple MCPs as they only have 3 charges each - but you can apply Iron Counterweight’s to each for cheap +3% melee haste along with Shadow Oil for boss fights
for trash you have another weapon such as Flurry Axe, Blade of Hanna, Ironfoe etc…

all the people talking crap saying enjoy being bad dps are bad players. Like they have 0 accomplishments on retail and pull bad dps. I think their salty that their gonna pull less dps then ret in classic. All the people saying have fun being useless are most likely gonna be pulling like 100-200 dps if they even get into raid. And they wont clear. I however and making a hardcore raiding guilds and running 2 rets. twitch. tv/judgejudyx feel free to watch the dps god when classic hits.
