Random BG gear offers 197 ilvl, It should be capped at about 210 so that Random Bgers can still be competitive against rated payers!

LFR raid groups are not the same as Player vs Player, fighting AI dragons with whatever gear is fine and the higher the gear the easier the flow.
But in pvp you have Humans vs Humans not AI dragons, and using your super gear against players without it is just completely unfair! All I am suggesting is that your Elite gear be elite everywhere in game except in Random BGs where we are capped 197-210 area. How is that a problem, surly you do not need 23 ilvl advantage to kill pugs?
No, No I didn’t I said Capped in Random BGs… That has nothing to do with mythic raids, wpvp or anything I don’t even know where you got this idea? Its whimsical to me?
I am trying, I don’t have friends, or guild mates, or an RBG team, or ARENA buddies! All I want is to not be gibbed in damn Random BGs because elitist need better gear while telling me they are superior players!
This is why I like swtor the bgs are scaled and capped doesnt matter if your lvl 10 or 75 everyone is balanced gear/stat wise, same with dungeons they really went for the old wrath style everyone can play.
Unfortunately, you are in a mmo, a multiplayer game. Not solo game. If you want to progress, you are better off with some other solo rpg game. Also, if you do casual content, you get casual gear. This is how it was since the beginning of wow. Not sure why you are complaining now? lol
And you shouldn’t. Mythic plus and arenas are tougher content therefore they deserve better gear.
And I’m not sure why you’re complaining about discord because back in the days of classic you had to be on teamspeak(and in most cases a guild)in order to be invited to most high end group content. It just makes communicating and organizing so much more efficient. And sure, you could solo back then, but it was SOOOOOOOOO much slower and most players tried to group whenever they could in order to speed it up. If you’re only experiencing “fart joke” then you’re either on a really bad server or just haven’t put much effort beyond a couple of attempts.
Problem is…random BGs are just entry level content. Kind of like heroic dungeons or LFR. That’s why it’s not going to offer 210 ilvl gear. It sucks that people at 220-226 can enter and roll ya, sure, but they can’t show favoritism by simply capping randoms without capping every other aspect too. LFR, normal raids, (how would one cap bracket play!?), etc etc

That’s the same argument as me saying that Mythic Raiders should be locked into LFR gear when joining LFR because LFR is the only thing I want to do, but I still want it to present the challenge of a raid. Just at my level because this is the only aspect I care about.

There’s communities in game. While I didn’t really use them, you can find one and it’s almost like a guild, without being in a guild. Find people of like mind. You’ll be able to make friends that way without needing to deal with Discord or guilds or what have you
197 full set from ransoms. + Legendary (easy to get 235) + dungeon weekly (can blast through 4 M0 for 213 piece) + 207 chance from WB + 203 max renown calling chance now) + 200 from conquest that you’ll get while building the original random BG set.
You’ll be almost 210 anyway. With very little involved besides pvp. Of you can’t compete with 210 when you’re 205 I doubt ilevel is the issue.
I think you are taking my post too literal and missed my point entirely. So I will explain to you. If blizz changes something to cater to some individual just because it doesn’t make them happy it can have adverse effects to the entire wow community.
As an individual I agree, but I think I speak for maybe thousands of others that just want to play BGs and have fun, we don’t want to do Arena. Why should we be fodder to Elite Players in Elite gear?
Shouldn’t Elite Payers have a handicap anyway they are supposed to be superior, why do they need 23 ilvl gear advantages?
We don’t have the data, but blizzard should know. Yes, maybe thousands don’t want rbg, but maybe millions do participate in arena/rbg. I wonder who blizzard will listen to…
What? I farmed Bgs and conquest since Shadow Lands went live, I bet I have more in game time then you do? I have farmed thousands and thousands and thousands of honor daily for months. That wasn’t no effort!
Upgrade your legendary, hope for luck with callings and world boss. Looks like you didn’t do either dungeon weekly, so thats potentially 2 213 pieces you missed out on.
If you only want to PVP, you’re as prepared as you can be. Go up to the next level. You’ll lose but still progress. The people who are already geared there did that too.
