If we got the gear then upgraded it we still earned the gear and the upgrades for them because if we didn’t earn the gear we upgraded guess what mr high m key elitist that m+ gear you got and are able to upgrade then wasn’t earned by you .
If one level of player can get gear and upgrade it and it be considered earned then guess what any gear a player at any level even lower then what you play and can upgrade that gear earned it.
You do get gear and upgrade it. It’s called covenant gear. You can upgrade it to 200 ilvl. lol

213 = 35k+ per one
Truly not hard to farm 35k gold.
Save up to 200k in a week.
Man we’ve been through this multiple times today. Raid changes are happening later. They can’t do everything all at once.
On the AH I see one 226 and a couple 213. Those are Raid drops I believe

You can buy them. no some drop from heroic dungeons. I got one and put it on. I was thinking wow how. Didn’t notice it was a boe. 
I believe 2x additional boes that are 207 ilvl like hands/head.

What does a person who plays a trash PvP class do then? Priests have it easier than most right now.
This is, IMO, the hidden upside of War Mode people rarely talk about.
It’s not just about PvE players not being forced to stick around on a PvP realm to play with their friends … PvP players can play on a PvE-centric realm, as well, if they want to - and insulate themselves from the PvP “community” in the process.

Why not have time constraints instead of a ceiling?
Hardcore=fast 230 ilvl
Casual=super slow 230 ilvl
That way hardcore is rewarded but casual has progress?
You slowly get honor then conquest pvp gear
The sad part is that all this stinginess arose because Bliz wanted to cash in on more token sales for carries, and cash in they did…
Now, with M+ gear being upgradable to 226 only if you’ve cleared M15s, it’s a safe bet that the price of M15 carries is going to SKYROCKET…
