This is why investors do their due diligence before giving their money to a company.
The new investors of liquid would not have given liquid any money if their due diligence showed them a chance that the money would not be returned.
And it’s quite fair to say that an entity as large as Liquid would require pretty hefty sums of money in order to expand, thus the investors (since they have lots of money) would be more likely to be competent in determining whether or not a return on their investment will occur.
It’s not hard to determine the probability for returns on investments - the larger the investor, the more accurate their determinations on likelihood of returns will be.
So it would seem that the very rich investors for liquid have already proven that they will see returns on their investments.
The correct way to word this statement would be “stop talking about things of which you have zero understanding”.
Thank you so much for your input my lovely friend, I hope you have a wonderful day
You swear like everytime Liquid wants to start up a new roster, they need an injection of cash from investors. It’s not like they need anything else. It’s not like Liquid does anything else in the form of an “expansion.”
Or, you know, just like every other e-sports org, it’s a large circle of revolving debt and finding a group of mega rich boomers that have nothing better to do with their money.
Ask anybody that bought into OWL what their ROI was. LMFAO
And look, he has to go off tangent because he really thinks “correcting” my verbage gives him the upperhand. When in reality it doesn’t change the fact that I’m still right and you’re terribly wrong.
Again, adding a roster or two of 5-7 players isn’t an expansion worthy of looking for a large injection from investors. Keep pretending it’s the same thing as a brand new business venture though.
I know you’re incapable of reading between the lines, you think Blizzard rakes in the cash with all of their dying and/or dead e-sports afterall. It’s like Blizzard completely obliterating their e-sports division wasn’t enough proof for you.
And hey look, he’s doing the redditor thing of walking away pretending he’s above adding any more dumb comments.
