Proof is all over, just open your eyes. I’d love to know why that should be an acceptable part of the game. No one farms 46k or even 37k and drops it on a single item. They either bought gold, or stayed in the GDKP long enough to accumulate gold other people bought… lol
Lots of gold guarantees you get the item if it drops.
Paying for convenience is pay to win.

im glad you are here to point this stuff out. i legit got 3 bis items last night for 1g each. ppl act like sod pots are 10s of thousands of gold and every item sells for 1kg and every1 walks out w hundreds/thousands of gold. i sold 5 enchants and got 3 bis items. my friend on the other hand spent 50g for honed in which he got that 50g from selling wc runs and mining/selling turbochargers. MIND YOU he lost honed the 3 other times it dropped to people who did half the dps of him as same class. my point here is why pug and get nothing when i can get multiple items and walk out with a profit 90% of the time. blizzard could EASILY add their own GDKP system to need before greed and have a gold X amount and whoever wins it auto splits gold and loots item to proper player. this would solve everything

Yeah I mean, you’re level 25 in a 10 man raid… But, as we gain levels and (i presume) raid sizes get bigger. There will be more competition, gold will inflate, and pots will get bigger.
pots get bigger and every players pockets grow. think of ratios, don’t be fooled by an imaginery number

Yeah that’s what happens when there’s no real gold sink.
Of course what you also see in GDKP’s is that as people get geared pot sizes drop because there’s simply less demand for the items.
we have quite literally already seen how this plays out with the 2019 classic release. It ended with massive GDKP pots and would net you 10 hours of farming in 2. The growth of gold for a non-gdkp invested player and the gold of a gdkp player do not increase proportionately. Can you figure out why (hint: its RMT’d gold in the pot)

100% ban all rmt, stop giving them a slap on the wrist and start tracing from the dummy accounts that still only get a 2 week to a month. I don’t bring oilers to my gdkp runs because I hate that too, waste of time trying to bid agaisnt a swiper and win so all you do bleed em and kick em once you know.
This is Xanthak btw Zir, I think they disabled my toon because I didn’t log into “Retail” in forever. I don’t know. I said it in another thread. I don’t like it because i believe it’s unhealthy for the game over all.
It’s not like I hate it. Nor doesn’t it mean I’ll never join one. I just think it’s a net negative for the game. And SoD is the most fun I’ve had in a WoW game in a long time bordering on 20 years lol.
bruh where do you think the gold comes from lol. I HIGHLY doubt if all gold buyers were banned that GDKP pots would get that big. You know how freakin long it would take to farm 30k gold doing jump runs lmao
There is no “fact”. This is forums it’s all discussion.
The million dollar question is, do you think a higher population means a healthier MMORPG or not.
I think it does. That’s why I think GDKPs are not good for the game.
And what “jabs” are you talking about? Not once have I thrown shade at any one side - pro GDKP or anti. And for what it’s worth I have no horse in this race. Sometimes I’ll join a GDKP sometimes I won’t. But it’s existence doesn’t matter to me, personally - save for the inflation it causes in the AH.
