I was homeless in Legion.
I only managed to get my warrior one completed while sleeping on couches with my melting laptop plugged into a TV because the monitor stopped working, dealing with all my belongings being destroyed and stolen, and trying to figure out how to eat.
Iâm neutral on them bringing it back or not, Iâd rather all limited time rewards just go on the BMAH once theyâre removed, but this garbage reasoning is - i cannot believe I am saying this - coming from a place of complete and utter privilege.
You can be against them bringing it back, but actually know how the real world works when coming up with reasoning against it, please.

Thatâs not true every class missed out if they didnât get them. They are worth a lot more because there is no other class weapons like those appearances.
Druids Not being able to have forms due to it is just icing on the cake.
I didnât have a lot of free time and only my monk/hunter got their mage weapons before time ran out. I canât even trade it for the druid ones.
there are people that may not even play their druid that have it and donât use like I donât even use my monks.
Thereâs tons of limited time content added to wow and thereâs gonna be more. These weapon looks are just a HUGE thing and it was already effortless to get them at end of xpack I see no logical reason to not give us them other then make people who out geared it feel special.

Havenât paid attention to anyone elseâs appearance since transmog was added. Partially because when you look at someone you canât visually see that they have good gear and also because the graphics in this game just make everything bleed together.
Whatâs your thoughts on the Opening of the Gates of AQ event?

Honestly this FOMO BS from Blizzard is and has been a big thing going against them. i got all the mage tower stuff i wanted and they should bring it back for those that missed out, even keep the same level of difficulty.

Not just 36 (isnât it 35?), if you count tints. 105 different weapon appearances that are just poof.
Thereâs a huge difference between exclusive (as in no longer available) and super rare. Super rare is totally fine and good.
I say bring it back with a color variant much like they did with the class hall gear and the Mop gear.
Iâm not opposed to this at all.
However, I do ask; why stop there?
- make Black/Plagued Protodrake available
- make original Corrupted Ashbringer available
- make Benidiction available
- bring back Trial of the Crusaderâs tribute box.
- add Immortal/Undying titles, again
I think time sensitive stuff is completely fine. Having something thatâs unique to each expansion is also completely fine. Mists CM sets, WoD weapons, Mage tower appearances, etc. I donât think it should go any further than that but I think the way itâs been done is fine. This is coming from someone who missed out on wod weapons because I quit during that time. I also only have a few pvp elite sets, not even close to all of them and all of it is on 1 character.
So my opinion is that time sensitive rewards are fine. I donât think having the mage tower appearances as time sensitive was over doing it, I think it was good. I think it should stay that way. I donât think too much stuff should be time sensitive/exclusive but I think itâs okay that certain things are like the CM sets, CM weapons, mage tower appearances, etc.
New skins with a new version of mage tower would be good but I donât think anything needs to be brought back.

Donât forget the Vampiric Battling from that 3 week Kara event. As well as the Champion tabard and pet from the Chinese Olympics event. And heck, the original Argent Dawn tabard for those that didnât get it. ( I have the last 3 but understand that others may not).
