People are also selling and buying bop drops from dungeons for absurd prices.
Boosting is also a big area of rmt.

People are paying it left and right. There’s people in trade channels and in discords posting wtb at these prices.
No one is buying those items at those prices.
They have dropped like a rock over the past week.

List the rest of them that people are paying 2k+ gold for, there’s really not very many at all.
Let’s be honest, banning GDKP didn’t do anything to stop RMT but it lets blizzard pretend they care, and it’s a lot cheaper than actually addressing botting and RMT.

It massively reduces the advantage and incentive to RMT and buy gold.
Now they can just buy edgemaster’s with GDKP’s banned.
With GDKP’s allowed they can buy edgemaster’s AND every single other item in the game they want period.
It’s a massive improvement.

120g, 25g, 2g, for various consumes is a totally different thing than 2k+ gold for items.
10k, 100k for gressil.
Again, it’s a massive improvement even if more needs to be done.
Ban all the gold buyers period, delete their characters, that’d massively reduce RMT as well.
