The Real Reason For No LFR

Answer: Because it means Blizzard has to put in work to make it function.

Would be refreshing if Blizzard was actually honest instead of writing a long-winded post full of Tauren :poop:

Blizzard couldn’t even be bothered to fix basic bugs in Cata. MoP won’t be different. The devs are just there to collect a paycheck and so is the company leadership. LFR offers no instant monetary reward for Blizzard and that’s all they care about now.

They want to push their H+ content because that’s their creation. That’s why. It’s auditioning for getting moved to work on Retail. Can’t do that simply by recreating the game as it was.

It’s not even that lol, LFR was functioning just fine on the beta before they disabled it. The only things that needed fixing were applying the weekly lockout and fixing loot drops so people weren’t getting wrong class items

How much you want to bet they have AI write their blue posts too

Working at Blizzard is the decision devs make right before they transfer to working for online casinos.

Can’t spell Kaivax without AI.

Blizzard really wants to screw over their longtime fans for no reason. Don’t forget, we’re the ones who made the game what it is. We paid for development and gave good reviews.

We’re credit cards past their expiration date. That’s all we are to them.

It’s so sad, looks like a private server will be the best bet to enjoy MoP

They can never make a blue post without it being rife with errors, so extremely likely.

It’s really sad that even MoP Remix had LFR, but now, if you wish to try to experience as it was played 13 years ago… You won’t be able to experience LFR.

They need to revert this vacuum of their own offices made decision, and after the first raid launches provide the numbers behind a reasoning if they wish to pursue this action item.

Let the public speak and perform and show the developers the data. They shouldn’t be inferring the data, or hiding behind some potential 13 year old comment from a proposed potential developer. Nothing I searched for ever pulls up a developer directly stating this, but it’s been retorted many times by the Anti-LFR crowd

Let LFR “Fail” on its own. Not that it will, especially with the original Legendary questline… but ya never know. And if they stick to this, in my opinion stupid, idea of removing LFR entirely from what was supposed to be the “Classic” version of this game, and is now instead a new version of the original… It’s like they’re just trying to end the classic experiment and blame the community as to why it failed.

In my opinion, if they’re going to launch a game with the “Classic” moniker, it needs to play exactly as it played when it launched. If not, and they change or even add things to the game, its no longer “Classic” and is now a Re-iteration of the original.

Amen to that.

People who’ve never raid at all seem to have some really strong opinions about LFR lmao.

My strong opinions are on how lazy and terrible at performing their job Blizzard is, not really on LFR.

Blizzard decided to make a long-winded post lying about why they are not including LFR. They are ROUTINELY outright dishonest to the community, refuse to fix basic bugs, can’t even keep the servers running, etc etc etc. They perform worse than pservers while having a billion dollar company bankrolling them. It’s honestly ridiculous that anyone defends this company. Their devs are a laughing stock in the industry while their leadership is predatory and incompetent in making good decisions that improve the game.

Do you have any evidence or sources to support your baseless claims?

No.

Then nothing to see here everyone, just another frothing at the mouth buffoon mad at blizzards good decision.

Work that likely has no projected return on investment.

Its comical that they think that not having LFR in the game is going to make the game LOSE ALL ITS SUBS, AND THE GAME IS GOING TO DIE!

I just find it really funny these losers think its going to have any negative impact on the game whatsoever.

Blizzard isnt implementing it right now because people are “participating” in normal. Not that they are completing it or anything else.

They expect stuff to go as they think it will, which they havent had a good record for expectations actually coming to pass. They will most likely end up implementing it, implementing it too late, and then acting like it was the plan all along but it wasnt ready in time.

They also need to change the name to Reforged because this isnt classic. Its like getting classic Super Mario Bro’s and then it ends up having all these modifications to it like being able to ride Yoshi and the flying suit. Its just no longer the classic game that it was, its a repurposed game.

I dont know what is so hard of keeping the expansions as they were or as close as possible without adding anything major.

Look everyone, it’s the “SOURCE???” soyjak. A living meme.

Yeah, cause getting a system that existed and still exists in retail to work is MUCH harder than creating an entire new dungeon system with tons of new affixes and all sorts of stuff.

You can always tell when someone is fuming mad when they make a post. The post will simply not make any logical sense.
