This is post fix/nerf cthun, and ppl are already doing more dps than most ppl were doing in bwl gear during vanilla. Also factor that a full 40 are participating in raids, theres arent near the ammount of afk carries there were during vanilla on top of ppl knowing the encounter already. The only hard thing is going to be the rng split between 3 peices of loot

This R14 system encourages people to play an unhealthy amount of time (18+ hours a day, 7 days a week). As such, there should be a limit on the number of hours a day someone can spend in the battlegrounds (like 10-12 hours is reasonable).

This will solve other issues with the honor system, like discouraging account sharing, that skews who ranks up and who doesn’t (arguably unfairly). Only the best groups will get standing #1 in the allotted time per week (as it should be), not the person who pushes their body and mind to the limits of human endurance. There is nothing ‘honorable’ about that.

Just have each rank take X amount of honor with no resets or ladder like exp and rep. There we go everyone can play at their own pace.

We already have changes, they nerfed the Spy addon (correctly I might add).

They nerfed all addons, including group raid addons
But
They did not nerf me from detecting you casting stealth from 200 yards away if i actually cared to be bothered doing so.

Nerfing all the addons was the wrong choice, even though it was the easiest choice, because it did actually nothing to stop stealth detection except by the few people who dont actually know how to do anything.
But it did screw up some addons for raiding, as 50 yards is still within the I can read your Nametag range

Absolutely nothing about your suggestion would cause this. Instead after they hit BG cap those same people will just be out in the world camping BRM or Lightshope Chapel.

Also one hour in AB is not the same as one hour in AV or WSG.

There’s so much wrong with your idea let alone trying to implement a time gate, the absolute worst kind of progression limitation mechanic as we’ve seen in BFA.
