5/1 and the bug still exists, trying war mode “solution”. I tried to get to a different shard by joining quests but never got popped over to another realm.
Yes WM solution works. Just need a way to phase if the current one is broken.

Pretty dumb this is still a bug.
Still bugged, has been since January it seems, seriously Blizzard get it together… Also the WM On / Off work around is not working because it’s bugged in both modes.
If this was just a side quest and it’s been bugged for 7 months that’d be one thing, but this is preventing campaign progression. People pay subscriptions for active game resolutions, not this garbage.

Tried the WM on thing…quest is still bugged.
BLIZZARD! please we need you to fix this. since feb 19! this is absolutely lazy coding. this isn’t some side quest, this is core content that is actively BLOCKING character progression.
guys the work around DOES work, HOWEVER you might have to turn WM on, check to see if it’s not bugged. if not, kill it. if it is? turn go back to the FP and turn WM off. repeat until it’s no longer bugged it took me 4 tries and an hour just to kill one mob… but it worked. you can take the portal back to ardenweald. the portal coord IN ardenweald are /way 50.59, 44.59 to get back. much faster then how i was originally doing it. hope this help and good luck.
Zel’han the Summoner has a permanent Undeath Barrier that wont go away even after resetting aggro and abandoning the quest. 12/30/2023 still bugged ,BoneChewer-Alliance-NA
