Wish they had given it an extra week.
It’s pretty hard to knock out quests really quickly due to competing for mobs, plus on a pvp server it’s even worse. So just on the dungeon grind for guaranteed exp but post 40 it really slows down.
I’ve already put in employed-by-WoW hours and I’ll just barely hit 60 if I keep at this level of grind.
Imagine normal/casual players won’t even come close.
I been working a lot these last 2 weeks, like 50-52 hours a week and I’m only level 32.
what is dec 12? raids or something? I am level 27 and don’t really feel pressured to hit 60 by any deadline. But im playing it casual. If I was not I could be dungeon grinding instead of doing quests.
Stop making the game your job. There’s no one forcing you to do everything the millisecond it comes out.
Don’t worry about being able to do mc on release for the 1000x time, focus on farming that 5k gold on top of regular epic mount and basic flight training.
OMG have to hurry up and do the same raids we’ve done like what. 2 or 3 go arounds now if you’ve played since 2005ish? Or I dunno maybe this is the OP’s first time playing classic and they are all excited and stuff.
Rushing and being excited is fine if that is what you want. But if its not don’t worry about it. It has been what a week and a half. and theres another 2 weeks the first raid lockout where you might be 1 raid week behind (which is nothing). Lots of people won’t even get a single decent item week 1.

No one is making you grind to 60 this soon. Also spending 70+ hours a week on classic wow to raid Molten Core is ridiculous.
You don’t need to hit 60 in two weeks. Or if you wanted to hit 60 faster you would have rolled on PvE. There is a full year of planned content. Getting into MC week 1 of 52 won’t matter by week 5 or 6 lol.
If they had delayed it another week it would’ve been too close to Christmas, but waiting until after Christmas would’ve been too long

Raids are probably my least liked part of classic. The leveling experience is premium
Blizz caters to 1% “no lifer” players and streamers only. We know this already.
I suck at the game. I am only level 30 Q_Q
I hope blizzard extends this too
Technically you can do molten core before level 60!
I might miss this first mc lockout but who cares.
There was zero reason for me to rush 60 with crater being 10000 layers
