There will be plenty of guilds still recruiting 60s to raid Molten Core even if you miss out on the first week OP, remember you need 40 people. I would not worry about it, you’ll be fine.

Yep I feel this, those who aren’t even that sweaty and just going out leveling efficiently are feeling the pinch too. I’m 41 and I still don’t know if I’ll make it.
I plan to not step foot into MC or Ony until the day before BWL drops and still get Atiesh.
I’ll go at my own pace, not a hard game if you can focus for a few hours at a time.

Weekly level caps would have been cool too. Weeks 1 and 2 level 30, week 3 level 50.
January 1st for raiding would have been great.

I let off the throttle at 43. I expect I’ll miss first few resets but I’m only here for TBC so i dont mind missing some MC.
I think I’m skipping Ony attunment this time around.

Okay…? Normal/Casual players #1 probably won’t even hit level 60.
#2 they’ll give up during the attunements.
#3 Vanilla/BC don’t respect your “time”. If you don’t have the time, go play War Within.
Stop worrying and play the game. Raiding is not the end all be all of WoW in Vanilla/BC.

Ill have 2 60s by Dec 12th, but its gonna be SUPER close… basically no time to farm pre-bis which sucks.
I imagine very few guilds will be running MC before Christmas.
All the people grinding to 60, trying to get all the content done asap, optimizing every single detail of the game etc. will be burning themselves out on this game within 2-3 months.
Just play at whatever pace you prefer and stop caring so much about doing new content on day 1.

Easy solution here: ask yourself if you REALLY REALLY HAVE TO raid that first week MC is open. Are you trying to sweatswamp the LEVELING portion of a 20 year old MMORPG?
Or are you content to level at a more comfortable pace? If your quest routes are on point, getting to 60 should take about 4d 12-16h played. Around 6d if you take pauses for profs to keep them at-level.

Must be multi boxing, no other way to hit it that fast and function in the real world.
I’m 26 and have really only hit it hard over the Thanksgiving break. I think I was around level 15 or something last Wednesday morning.
I’m still holding out hope for an RP realm though, on which I’ll totally reroll if it happens.
It’s okay if only a percentage of sweaty people raid.
This, it’s only molten snore.

Playing two characters at once, will actually take about 1.3x as long as doing just one to 60, but ill have 2 60s… so its worth.

Playing a warrior while always having windfury is absolutely not annoying haha
in fact quite the opposite… However until 32, yeah was annoying.
My mom said if I don’t parse well, don’t bother to come home.
