10k gold is nothing, even if you just casual BG and sell honor-bought epic gems on AH. Also, how has nobody mentioned OP’s name lol. That feel when you make a funny name then later want to be taken seriously, RIP bozo. I felt awkward the first time I main tanked on my DK alt “Pwnhound.”

almost every player is raid logger / never speak in dungeons / never socialize
Except those who wants to do real money trades so they have to communicate
classic wow servers is not giving any social environment anyway! most players only socialize outside the game through 3rd party programs and that has nothing to do with loot system, also almost everyone play in closed circle where it feels like they “all the other players are NPC’s except those from your own guild”
people this days only play for loot to fulfill their ego or to earn income from the game, ‘Wow classic’ and ‘social’ words can’t be part in same sentence
I specified raiding because that’s the most social part of the game, dungeons are like that but it’s always been like that.

A few things.

Any restriction can and will be circumvented. In fact it has already be circumvented and we already know the ways to do so. Of which Blizzard can do absolutely nothing Blizzard can do short of erasing everyone’s characters and starting us off with that number of level 80 boosts.

Just look at skyfury, was good for a couple months then it all went to hell.
Or simply don’t play cata. It’s a bad expansion anyways and SoD exists now. Idk what cata has that retail can’t offer tbh.

The main things I hear are the old world changing and dragon soul and to that I say…
We don’t really go to the old world anyway and dragon soul is the last phase so honestly to me they’re not good reasons.

and it isn’t that Dragonsoul is bad per se… it is more about how long it lasted that people really complain about from what I hear.
I don’t think it has set in for people that Classic shouldn’t have the pacing issues retail did.

Yeah no, you don’t actually get to fight what you think you get to fight.
It feels like retcon the raid.
So servers vary. The server that my WotLK characters are on became a ghost town and there is little in the Auction House and not much of a presense of bots/farmers.
Maybe Blizzard will take a look and create some clusters similar to ERA.
Many people don’t play wow for lore reasons anymore. They play it for… fun?
Dragonsoul is completely fine as normal 5-6 months tier. Yes, the two last bosses are odd but mechanically it’s fine. Togc went on for 4 months put that in perspective.

Yeah… I guess you are right. IT would have been much better if we were slicing his toes while worrying about breath and tail swipes.

I would rather just see an improved Personal Loot system implemented to get rid of GDKPs. Get rid of the group/master loot system all together for the classic servers.
GDKP is a disgrace to what the game once was.
