this is complete none sense. Says who?
So Why wont boosted characters bring some boosted professions.
If the game starts at 58 and your paying for a lvl 58 character then said character should come with professions ready for the actual game (outlands).
If your going to pay for a lvl 58 and that toon has no professions imo it is not worth it.
None of the retail boosts have ever provides users anything but base gear, basic riding, some cheap bags and a little gold. They have only ever allowed people to skip content prior to the current expansion. All the boosts do is allow you to skip the xp grind of old content which in this case is 1-58.
Also not having professions won’t prevent you from playing with your friends and playing the new content. Yes you will have to level professions up, but in general that’s not to hard, and once you hit 70 and make some gold, you could easily power level them.
All this is is the usual arguments of failure to nuance. Either you must change everything and just let everyone boost everything as they want, or not add anything remotely similar. Middle ground is devoid in these peoples minds. There can be no compromise.
I’ve already leveled the characters I want to play in tbc, and I will level a paladin and then I’m not leveling another character. I imagine a lot of people already have every character they want at 60 or 58 already and won’t be leveling from lvl 1 other than belf/draenei come tbc
Recruit a friend was broken OP last time. I leveled with my GF on the PC next to me… I used the bonus levels on 4 toons… had 6 level 60’s or higher in the first 10 days of TBC.
One 58 boost is not even close! And My Son will play with me now in TBC. That’s a win win.
Still I know it P.O.'s the mage boosters.

Mate, ‘worth’ is a different thing to different people. To the majority of the people who purchase it, as long as it’s saving time, it’s worth it. Especially for people like me, which could potential means saved me hundreds, thousands of dollars.
