It got to the part after tyrande shows up but then it had a fatal error. If this happens it just completes this part of the quest and goes to the next so it’s not a HUGE issues, but I’d really like to see the rest of the cinematic

Yep, this happened to me on 3 characters now. With and without addons.
I thought it was because I was running on the new M1 Studio Ultra but it seems this is a client issue.
I want to see this cut scene!!!

Guildmates and myself included are also experiencing this crash. I had it happen on multiple characters, both with addons and without, same exact point in the cinematic - shortly after Tyrande puts her weapon to Sylvanas’s neck.

mine too and I cant see the follow up quest and I know I accepted one
Same also and Pelagos had a quest but it is not in my log at all, so missed out on the cinematic and continuing questline(story)

I had noticed that from the first one we picked up from the start that it was not showing up in the log.
I am back on the first character that it crashed and I have a turn in though. Will see what Pelagos says.
Well, he gave me a quest to meet with Ty, but its not in my log and I can’t find it.
EDIT, she is on the level with the gates.

Im stuck at the pegolas quest
I have no idea what to do next

nothing shows up on my map or minimap
Same here, cutscene crashed, tried to abandon the quest and pick it up again to see the cutscene only to find out the quest isn’t in my quest log, and in all the messing around trying to get the cutscene so I could view it I lost track of the followup quest which is also not in my log and now I have no idea where to go.

Like everyone else the cinematic crashed for me at the moment where Tyrande puts her glaive to Sylvanas’ throat. I rebooted the client and logged back in and I have a turn-in with Pelagos (“The Fate of Sylvanas”) but I can’t find the quest anywhere in my quest log; i’d like to abandon it and redo it when the crashing bug is fixed but it’s just not showing up anywhere in my log. I’ve logged on and off again just to be sure.

My game crashed as well. I finished the quest, accepted after, but now I don’t know what to do because it’s not in my quest log and I can’t get back to the map.
