The new Guild UI and Permissions...yikes (Part 1)

I'm not overly concerned about the issue per se, but I have read several of the responses and must say I agree with their positions on the matter at hand. Very well articulated arguments.

PS - Doing my part to help them with a bump.
Blues,

Unusual topics are receiving responses faster than this.

May we ask why?

Perhaps some insight into your priorities?

We will not let this issue fade away
Add this to the ever increasing list of frustration things that has made me unsubscribe.
This still needs to be fixed.
I just had to macro Guildroster the new Guild UI is trash and almost unusable they don't care 80 pages of posts no fixes why bother
I mean....yeah, that's the feedback: "Officer" was never a one-size-fits-all thing before, makes zero sense to implement. People would like to delegate certain things to certain levels of officerness.

We'd like rank-by-rank permissions customization back. Not sure how much clearer we can make it, or why this is an 80 page thread.
Bump
Well. 80 pages.

I'm at a loss...

Do they want us to go for 100 pages?

I can do 100.

I have never ever in all my years seen such blatant disregard for dissatisfied customers as this.

Not even a "Sorry guys, this is just the way it is, now go away!" from Blizz.

Suggestion Blizzard:

Listen to your players.

They are unhappy, and (at least speaking for myself) they are growing impatient.

Bump.
Ion: You asked for our input. You've received our input here (granted even before you asked). Ball is in your court. What are you going to do about this?
Today is the day.

80 pages of feedback later, we are getting a response today.
This needs to stay in page 1
<crickets>
Bilge pump.

Underwater.

Mechanics.

Persist.
BUMP!
The day is half over, I may have been wrong in having faith that today may have been the day.

wtb some of that improved communication.
LFM Accountability from Blizz in the communication department.
We could just call them via 949-955-1380. Try working the company phone directory/talking with an operator/using the CS option

As difficult as they made it to put a ticket in I can only imagine how difficult it would be to navigate their directory on the phone.
How come my character doesn't show up in the guild roster in game? And is there a way to make it show?

Edit: Ah nvm, hide offline mode works in guild too hehe, didn't know that, smart thinking blizz except if somebody clicks on your character it shows you're online. Oh well, good try anyways.
