My Druid Zanzibarbara@Cenarius has been stuck on a rock in the Dream Grove since April. Logging her in leads to immediate disconnection. Attempting to use the “unable to move” function on the website has proven ineffective. I’ve submitted a ticket 6 times, and they’ve been cancelled with no resolution. I have submitted yet another ticket today “US75029009”. Is there a real HUMAN Blizzard Employee that I can talk to? The website function is just an endless loop that doesn’t fix the issue.
Cancelled? That wouldn’t be normal. Usually that happens if you open up a live chat with them and then navigate away from it.
If you opened up a ticket using the link the automated service provides (I’ll link it below) then a GM should get the ticket and get you moved to a safe spot too.

Either way there is an active ticket, and now I’ve tried deleting and undeleting the character, but it is still stuck
