The most powerful Horde council member

It seems kinda true to me, though. I felt like Talanji was just a cheap quality copy to give the horde their own “willful magical woman who sees past the flaws of her short-sighted father and ultimately loses him due to the opposite faction”, just crammed down and condensed to fit into a quarter of an expansion.

Young powerful woman who has the correct ideas but no one, including her father, will listen to them. Her corrupt father screws everything up, leaving her to pick up the pieces and make the hard decisions proving that she should’ve been Lord-Admir— sorry, Empress all along. Also, she has a mean streak about revenge that must needs be satisfied; but I’d bet something happens where she’ll realize that mentality is wrong and she has to be a good person.

Also, Mathias Lerner says hello.
So does Lilian Voss.

I will consider shadowlands a win because we dont have Talanji in it. I think that is one massive positive.

Here take my fingertip less clove and throw it at that outrageous wrongdoer!

Besmirched honor must be restored!

I think the most powerful are Talanji, Thalryssa, and Lorthemar.

Darn… so true. To bad he is bound and stuck in SL… (My DH will save you my True Blood King!) :sob:

Hmmm, maybe Rommath could take that spot? There seem to be so many unused NPC’s that had some impact in the Lore but never seen an update in game…or given any spot in any main story even if they done something in game. (IMO)
:thinking::man_shrugging:

Wouldn’t be the first time Blizzard did this. They already ripped off Thrall’s backstory for Varian.

Also took the only orcish god, said he was whatever the night elves call their wolf god, and gave it to him, too.

Does Anduin count? He seems to care more about the Horde than the Alliance :expressionless:

Lo’gosh is the tauren name for the Wolf God, not the orcish one.

Any orc connection came later. Goldrinn was conceived as an Ancient Guardian, and Varian was given the tauren name as a gladiatorial name for it.

By the light!
Sigh.
Calia and Derek will be the horde power couple.

In my opinion, purely from the number of possible characters that just aren’t built up or integrated in a great way, the orcs are just the most difficult.

  • The orcs don’t have any big names anymore, except Thrall (I don’t count Ettrig as a big name). So they should get a few new characters.

  • The undead have a lot of characters in their starting areas that could be built theoretically, they don’t need new characters, they just need to be used.

  • The blood elves have the same.

  • With Zandalari and Darkspear the trolls now have a good set of characters that can be used for future events.

  • The Tauren also have enough in theory, they just need to be used.

  • Goblins can be found on every corner, all over Azeroth.

Blood elves have one of the best cast of characters in the game, imo. Lor’themar, Rommath, Halduron, Liadrin, even Aethas give a well numbered regular cast.

We do have a pretty nice cast of belves, now if only blizzard would actually use them. It’s mostly just Lor’themar and Liadrin.

Be careful, Blizzard featuring Horde characters is usually a death sentence.

I know :slightly_frowning_face: But I really just want something positive for us. As of right now I’m expecting nothing but horde bad, and should feel ashamed.

Really?
Please say so, Warrior Thrall is boring, and Shamans need a big character

Doesn’t that title go to Thalyssra. She’s almost like on the same level as Jaina.
