The link I provided is for levels 30 to 70, because I believe level 30+ has the most ‘staying power’, as in less likely to quit playing. I also set the filter for “Seen in the last 14 days” so that inactive players aren’t counted.

That’s a huge server by Classic standards. Bene transfers could balance that in a few hours.
For reference, Benediction saw 60,000 players just in the last 14 days.

Yep, that’s waaaay too many. Not only can servers not handle it, the game isn’t designed for that many players even with layers. There’d be no mobs regardless.
Certainly, Blizz should have locked servers much earlier. The complaints about not being able to play with friends would be all over the forums instead.
Been running it for the last 3 hours, both factions.
5500 unique characters on both sides.
Just keep it on as you play, it will continually find more and more people, especially in different time slots.
It is always on. I’m not always on Sulfuras.
Also, need to make sure there is a distinction being made. It’s unique characters. That’s not unique players.
If you want the most accurate and useful data, just make an alt and listen to LFG and Trade chat. The server has less than 5% of the activity as Alliance Benediction.
As much as I am frustrated with the queue, I think it would just lead me to quitting the game entirely if I moved there.

I just moved here from Bene, as I was on Bene since day 1 in classic. Largely very sad I had to leave my mother server, but Sulfuras has a glimmer of hope. Plenty of horde to kill and tons of alliance are moving here now. I would suggest making the move if you want to enjoy an authentic pvp server and to balance the realm

No metric provided by anyone is unique players.
Only Blizzard knows that.

Sulfuras is very rapidly heading towards mega server and queue status. Already listed asa a FULL server on the realm list
Lets test our math shall we?
In the Last 7 days Benedition had 57330 unique characters (characters not players).
in the last 7 says Sulfuras had 13455 unique characters.
5% of 57330 is = 2867 characters
But Sulfuras has at least 13455 and growing, that represents 23,47% of the Benediction Alliance Population!
Great, transfer there. I’m not talking numbers or looking at external population website. I just made a character and watched chat. It’s obviously a fraction of the activity on Bene.

thats good!! because the other day there was nothing! TONS OF PEOPLE ARE HERE AND COMING!
My brothers and I transferred from Faerlina to Sulfuras and I have been happy with the population. I’m horde, so it is nice to actually see alliance when questing.

Not necessarily true with all the people making alts to check the population or people logging in to characters moved there from a deleted server.
I moved an alt over to get s4 gear this weekend and wpvp so I’m doing my part but we won’t get any real info from logs until next week at the earliest

I’d love more Alliance to come to Sulfuras until it hits 50/50. Then I’d like to see Blizzard turn off transfers to the realm.
