Hi, my main character is falling in The Maw for over a week… I cannot use the “Support” button because as soon as I log in I get disconnected. I don’t have time to click the button. How do I get this rectified? How can I help you to help me? I tried to put in tickets with other toons to no avail. Help.
You can actually access the support option through the site here too.
In this case, the Stuck Character feature should help you to move your character to a safe place so that you can log back in

If the character is disconnecting, you’ll want to use the link Perl provided. That is an automated system that will move your character to a safe location.
