The M+ nerf is good and raiding should always offer the best gear

For sure. I mean, corruptions could have worked. I thought it was a ‘fun’ system to have in place, but it just was terribly managed by blizzard. Everything from how insanely high the disparity was between corruptions and how it accounted for such a massive amount of our damage, healing, or mitigation. Had corruptions been dialed back to 10-20%, I think that would have been healthy. Instead we had it being 70-80% of more in some instance which really broke the game.

That and the lack of a vendor from day one. Relying on RNG was just terrible. Had EVERY piece of gear had a guranteed corruption, then maybe. But as is, even after they increased the corruption rate to 100% in visions, it was still ridiculously low to get a corruption you needed with the right stats.

It’s really to bad the corruption system will be judged on it’s failures. It was a good idea that was poorly executed and poorly implemented.
