The Lua keybind errors are back!

wooohoo 10 char

is this why I can’t get a q to pop

Oh, where if you try to use something on a different action bar it breaks your game and you have to /reload or you cant use any keybinds?

Just turn LUA error warnings off:

/console scriptErrors 0

If you need to know an error for bug reporting, turn them on again with:

/console scriptErrors 1

Every so often you’ll get a warning that your addons are experiencing a large number of errors, but that warning doesn’t break your game and you can pretty safely ignore it. I think it can only happen once per session.

pro tip for anyone with this problem: use the NoTaint addon. It magically fixes this.

The console command does it too, without needing an addon running in the background.

This never worked for me. Perhaps there are different types of interface corruption. Mine comes from using Dominos.

I bricked a +10 once because after the key was put in I pulled and my UI froze. I had seen this happen before and tried N things until a guy said “Hey, just use the NoTaint addon broh”.

I’m sure I had previously disabled errors

I’ve never had my UI freeze after disabling the errors and I have tons and tons of addons.

Edit:

When I say tons, I mean, they’re using almost a gig of memory:

And that doesn’t even list them all, there are more than 150 folders in my addons folder.

this sounds like a cry for help

Nah, I have plenty to spare. I’m only using 2/3 of my RAM. And I have WoW open with Chrome and a few other things on other screens.

My YouTube tab is using almost twice as much as my addons are.
