So i waited, week after week. Killed Fyrakk every week. I didnt get the legendary until it was literally guaranteed… and now going through the quest i just had the quest for the sophic vellum reset on me at 90 percent. Thats thousands of gold just gone. I put a ticket in but I am not expecting much. I am so frustrated. How is this acceptable to still be an issue so many weeks in… Please explain this to me… someone? Anyone?

This has been happening since at least early January.

I dont have the garrison on this character nor should I have to do a work around for a key feature of this patch… In addition to that… its not a solution for the loss of awakened elements.
The simple answer to your original question – they apparently don’t care to fix it, or its slated to be fixed in a future patch, which means maybe never.
This isn’t the only bug with this quest chain either. The prototype dreamleaf part was bugged a few weeks ago.
I doubt the GM will restore your lost elements
