Please be certain you have grabbed the name accurately, and include the realm and version of the game.
I’m not seeing anything coming up under the spelling you have presented. Often bad actors will use ascii characters, some of which are hard to see, to avoid detection.

GMs don’t patrol in-game. As pointed out above, moderation (in all forms) is dealt with reactively, ie, it must be brought to Bliz’s attention first.

I don’t think Activision has a phone number and Blizzard 100% doesn’t have a CS facing phone number for a very long time now.

Actually, it wasn’t, they used a funky i.
But I did find it, should be resolved.
Edit: While I know you can’t report a corpse, this is why we much prefer right-click report when possible. Players obfuscate their names all the time with ascii characters. It is FAR more difficult (sometimes next to impossible) to find those - especially if we don’t know which letter is being swapped.
