I still enjoy it, but it does come in waves. With such massive changes in power levels, it’s hard to ever get into a groove. Not that I would want weaker specs to buffs, but the changes happening are huge. This expansion is almost getting exhausting at all the changes. In one sense, I’m glad they are pushing for changes to help remedy where PvP is, but we just go from in the frying pan right into the fire.
Sort of. I enjoy it, but I wish it complimented 3s instead of being competition with it. Had solo shuffle been introduced in wrath or mop, I think 3s would still have been the most popular form or instanced PvP. Classes made more sense then. Now, barely anything is unique and output (healing or damage) is often king)
This is mostly a lie and you might want to get your memory checked.
I didn’t want players banned for tanking. My issue was players were spam queueing 2s and leaving matches to drop their MMR to farm lower CR players for easy caps or carries. My suggestion back then was to punish players for leaving matches. Days after that thread we got deserter.
In the end, probably players like yourself, were killing PvP. Farming new players in the lowest brackets for easy wins. It was the first time I had ever seen so many players with sub 500 ratings. New players didn’t have a chance.
I don’t understand why anyone would be happy with so many people exploiting the game and other players. Are you defending that? Do you think that was actually good for PvP?
