20? I have 23 on Frostmourne, I think the only limit now is the overall character limit per account.
did you ever once just think they didn’t want evoker tanks or another tank spec in the game and thats all there is to it it’s pretty simple now accept it.
Maybe the class just doesn’t need a tank spec.
Hardly, tanks have 3 hero classes
pally (healers have access to)
DH (healers don’t have access to)
DK (healers don’t have access to)
again why do we need yet another tank hero class? When this will make our second if you count pallies as hero classes like a lot do.
This is the reason why tanks were excluded from evoker to begin with.
Next hero class should completely avoid DPS though… Tanks and healers only… but we all know everyone would cry about that… Despite DPS being in every Hero class created.

they kind of explain it away in the intro story, the group that seem to be the tank warrioresc portion of the dracthyr the ebon scales did not follow they other 2 and went on to forge their own path. they might add them down the line.

Also:
The last class we got was Demon Hunters. What could they do? Tank and Melee DPS.
Evokers can do what now? Heal and Ranged DPS.
Evokers are the opposite of DHs.
It’s not that hard to figure out what they were doing here.

There is already 38 specs including Evoker. I feel like the fact is, there is already TONS of variety and tons of ways to balance. Idk about you, but with the way people complain about balance with what we got, not sure more is the answer.

They’ve been incapable of keeping the game balanced since vanilla, it’s hardly worth a consideration when it comes to the introduction of a class or spec.
monks do all 3, they don’t count, neither do druids because they have all 3 roles. Closest you’d get is shaman, but shaman’s are screwed every expansion until the end of said expansion as declared by blizzard ‘to be fair’ to other classes…
Which honestly is stupid Spirit Link isn’t so OP you have to nerf resto’s into the ground for half an expansion… it’s been like that for awhile now.
Granted i’m expecting the next expansion evoker’s to be on the same level and purposely weakened for half the expansion because of of their cds.
I would have loved to see it have a tank spec. DH and DK dont have healer specs bc it doesnt make sense for the class. Druids have four bc it makes sense right, tank, ranged dps, melee dps and healer.
Mage is straight dps but three varieties, makes sense. Same with rouge. To me it would make sense to have the dracthyr to have a tank spec. Works without it nonetheless but it felt like it could have used it in my opinion.
Still a fun class.
