Of course not, thats why we have various brackets of raids for example, cant hack in mythic? Try heroic, normal, LFR.
Cant hack it in a T11? ok do T8, or T6 or what ever
Cant hack it in RBG or Arena? god to BGs or the brawls.
Cant hack it in high level m+ go do…oh wait…they killed that part of the game…
M+ got basically 2 brackets obliterated, and the irony is everyone of the solo players who were begging for more content are now cheering the death of content that others enjoyed and are using the same argument saying “Well jsut do delves”
So if you dont care, why would you care if they brought back the lower key bracket and went back to the old M+ scaling system if you dont care?
M+ was never meant to be pugged by casual players, it just sort of fell into that due to developer gaffs
over the years there’s been tons of it. you obviously haven’t been on GD long if you don’t remember those posts. you can also see it when people go to the arena forums to ask for help. the type of person that responds. they’ve cried for years that arena is dying. it was especially bad in legion and bfa.
Go do a low level m+? They didn’t get rid of low m+s lol

You play mythic 0 until you’re good enough for m+.
M+ is rated content. It’s not supposed to be easy.
He’s objectively wrong. Blizzard themselves even said a M0 in S4 is the equivalent of a M+10 in S3.

titanforging made legion and bfa M+ extremely easy and puggable. you can’t say it’s always been for elitists cuz it definitely wasn’t. you have some sort of weird revisionists history thing going on if you’re going to say legion M+ wasn’t puggable.

What’s stopping them from progging starting at 2’s which are basically M0 with an Affix? Especially with Delve gear.

The “low level Mythic Keystone dungeons” are Heroic and Mythic dungeons now.
