I feel that way also but if it is between reskins or unique races I am picking unique races every time. Just personal preference that’s all. You do you.

Like I’ve said “I don’t play Alliance” but that dwarf thing rubbed me the wrong way also. We got Mag’har but now all my Orc clans are just stupid customizations instead of individual clans with different racials, starting areas/hubs, leaders to represent their unique clan. The same with the Dwarves. So many different possibilities with them but all you got are “I’m a dude playing a dude, disguised as another dude.”.

Though I personally do not like racials that have an impact on combat or movement I am for flavor racials like the Vulpera and DI Dwarves got. Too many players end up choosing a race based on racials instead of on what race they want to play because the race they want to play has crappy racials compared to this other race. I hear it is maybe 1% difference in racials but it still matters enough to change players minds.

To each their own.

I’ve always chosen with story in mind over minmaxing myself but I’ve noticed so often people do that.

You know, I would probably play a kelfin/gilgoblin if they were able to be druids. Only because I am so tired of Blizz making only taurens and trolls them. They could’ve skipped the two AR’s being them and made two other, non-related races druids like vulpera and orcs (?). I want another Horde race other then tauren and trolls.

I was not for Vulpera but I SO wanted them to be druids. I would’ve mained a vulpera druid. Still disappointed they weren’t druids.

I don’t know why but blizzard doesn’t seem keen on short races being paladins and druids. such a shame.

Gnome paladins I think should be a thing too. Really no good reason they can’t be paladins and it would be so cool thematically.

The little races would be rather cool as ANY of the classes they currently aren’t allowed to be imo.

Honestly I do wonder why goblins especially are so limited.

Blizzard is just afraid to push out classes more. Wish it were like GW2 and everyone could be everything so we can RP outcasts to societies and such.

We’re heroes. We break molds. Let us be what we want to be!

I could actually go for that in WoW. I liked it in GW2, though I haven’t played in a while, and think that system might be better then what they are doing now. They just keep rewriting their lore/story as they go so might as well make it so every race can be every class.

If that did happen I am making all the currently unavailable druid races druids. Then I will make all the unavailable pally races pally’s. Not sure why they limit which race can be what anymore because you will almost always find at least one NPC of a race that can’t be that class as that class. Was told there is an orc druid in WoD. Where is my playable orc druid Blizz?

I don’t mean they change up the whole class system or anything, but letting us all play any class on any character would be amazing.

I’d have so many druids and Pallies too. Lol

He’s in Durotar? I think…

Not sure he’s a pet battler.

My main is a druid and volunteers to train them.
