The jump between 11s and 12s is very unenjoyable

Yeah, Blizzard agrees that the jump from 11s and 12s is too much. S1 M+ season has a lot of huge problems, the jump from 11s and 12s is one of them.

I think it’s one of the charms. It’s the “promised land”

There’s no wall after 12s, it’s linear difficulty scaling

I completely agree with you. The jump from 11s to 12s is definitely too steep and creates a lot of unnecessary frustration. It feels like there’s a huge gap in difficulty that doesn’t help players improve gradually. The preference for prot paladin tanks only adds to the problem, making it even harder for those not playing meta classes to find groups.

A more linear difficulty gradient would be a great improvement for future seasons. It would help players transition more smoothly and reduce the toxic environment caused by the current system. Hopefully, Blizzard takes this feedback into account and makes the necessary adjustments.

There’s always a wall somewhere for one reason or another

Right now it’s just 12 for most people because that’s when stuff is actually lethal to people who aren’t paying attention whereas in Dragonflight you’d have people in 25s who didn’t know the boss mechanics

Imo, removal of weekly affixes, and tyrannical /fort, left people to time half as many keys with 4x more play time.

There’s a lot of legitimately skilled players who’ve been pushed out of progressing because getting invited to +12’s just straight up doesn’t happen.

Needs to be fixed.

It’s called push your own key. In s4, I had a hard time getting invited to 16s/17s.

Yeah, less waiting and more content so everybody hits their usual stopping point earlier than usual. A bit of gear is gonna help then it’s just a matter of actually figuring out the content.

Less content imo, I liked the tyrannical/fort key differences.

And timing 12 on fort, and timing 12 on tyrannical didn’t feel like a waste score wise.

Felt like a waste of time having to do dungeons on both affixes.

Would you prefer if they nerfed all the dungeons so everybody doing that can do the same thing but 1-2 key levels higher which is basically the exact same thing? :dracthyr_love_animated:

That’s definitely an answer. But isn’t the ultimate reason for “challenging yourself” some kind of… reward? Cause I mean, no one cares what anyone else’s IO score is, unless they are judging or mocking them. Even Olympians who face the heaviest challenges still do it for a gold medal and their face on a cereal box. This is WoW. We don’t have that cept for maybe 300 people on the planet.
