Mission statement: As Pandaren, the very concept of balance is etched in our fur. Though we each may lean towards the quiet contemplation of Tushui or fueled by the fiery spirit of the Houjin, our world of Azeroth is one in which we can neither afford the inaction of deep thought nor the recklessness of impulse. Recognizing this fact, We of The Jade Guard have come together, leaving behind faction conflict, in an effort to aid our fellow citizens in this much beleaguered world.
Guild description: The guild is a Pandaren flavored and focused humanitarian group that seeks to go beyond the faction boundaries to provide aid to any and all that require help be it through combat or trade. We also aim to mend the wounds inflicted by the fourth war that have refused to be mended.
Guild structure: Our guild structure aspires to have less of an IC hierarchy and instead focus on guild member collaboration and fun! To do this we will have officers however, IC there are no firm “leaders” instead, we defer based on expertise and experience. We also plan on allowing our members to help decide when we will do events and what events we will do in both an IC and OOC vote.
Events: We aspire to provide more in depth roleplay akin to TTRPGs and are developing a system that we hope will inspire you to have deeper roleplay while also having fun! Our events will consist of: combative, investigative, non combative/diplomatic missions and social gatherings. Regularly scheduled dates are currently pending and up to a guild vote once sufficient members are recruited.
Guild size: Our aspirations for a guild is to provide high quality roleplay for a small group. Due to the higher complexity and responsibilities IRL we feel confident in a small guild and will not mass recruit people.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for Pandaren roleplayers that have an interest in deep storytelling and in a more TTRPG style of roleplay events. Eventually we may open up to a more diverse cast however, at this time we are looking to solidify our Pandaren theme and focus.
Content: Our main focus will always be RP but, we also enjoy doing content! Be that PvE or PvP. Currently our content nights schedule is not set, we envision having a regularly scheduled day that people can drop in and do content. Depending on the amount of people we will employ a rotation scheme to allow everyone a chance at doing content and not feeling left out.

That along with an OOC and IC interview will help to determine if you’re a good fit for the group and for how we can help give you a good experience.
