I think the point is more if the SC is going to get actively involved in Alliance military actions, they wouldnât be able to use Dalaran as a home base as that would really break the neutrality.
Sure, in this case they could use Stormwind as their headquarters. Itâs not like the Magâhar have any âhome baseâ either.
