Void Elves are still Blood/High Elves. They are just now different groups.

Void Elfs Were Sin’dorei before they were exiled, There was one Traitor/Slave Trader who also dabbled in the void before the exiled, But they Are Transformed from there original exiled Sin’dorei, Thats why they have no lore with the Alliance, Like the Alliance High Elves still in game but unplayable.

void elves get around the population argument because they are distinct from blood elves(which are high elves)

there is no high elf kingdom behind the few actual alliance high elf npcs. but there is in the horde

actually they dont even have their own enclave anymore. they just have a couple rooms in dalaran. so what about them?

The Silver Covenant is a Representation OF True High Elves, But they hold alliagence to the Kirin Tor, But they do help the Alliance allot and don’t like the Horde. Now that the Two sisters are back together i think they will move closer to the alliance. Few thing to watch. What the Void does to Allerian mentally, She was a high elf when lost at the time, How close the two get.
