It is pretty stupid that Night Elves can’t be Paladins after with Legion with the Paladin Class Campaign.

I FOUNDED ORGRIMMAR! THEN I HOPPED IN MY DAMN TIME MACHINE AND CAME BACK HERE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED, AND JUST LOOK AT THIS PLACE!

Void elves are not blood elves biologically nor do they identify with the blood elven people. If you say “well they came from blood elves”, then I guess all elves are trolls because that is where they came from.

Another disingenuous example.
If they are identified a Sivlermoon Scholar, that means they are of Silvermoon, which is allied with the Horde. They are green for gameplay purpose.

Is not allied with the Alliance.
She is specifically stated as working for Anduin’s family, and does not consider herself aligned with either Horde nor Alliance.

I suspected you were misrepresenting things but I needed to make sure.

Void Elves are Void Infused Blood/High Elves. Otherwise, we can just use the same dumb argument when it comes to Blood Elves to High Elves.

Yes, they have been fundamentally changed. Hence the tentacles and no sunwell connection. They are effectively a new race of elves.

You do realize there is no difference in infusion/magic between the two and that this point has been hammered home since TBC
yes?
So you can’tuse the same argument without being willfully ignorant. The situations are different.

Were they Sin’dorei when exiled? Think we know the answer

No, just a completely new group under the name of Ren’dorei. When Alleria saved them, they didn’t declare themselves as a new race.

I was ignorant.

“Blood elves no longer truly consider themselves high elves, and they tend to have different priorities and behaviors than their high elf kindred.”

No, they were the flying spaghetti monster when they were exiled

Cool, so where are the tentacles on my on Blood elves? Why are they connected to a Sunwell but not void elves?

Okay, when trolls turned into night elves because of the well of eternity, they weren’t a new race until they declared themselves night elves, even though they had been changed into the night elf race.

Still are ignorant.
The information regarding their behaviors and priorities is outdated information. TBC resolved it with the restoration of the Sunwell. This is why that paragraph is found under Consequences of addiction.

Evolution and Changes caused by magic are two different things. You do know that, right?

Otherwise, by your logic, Blood Elves are a different race to High Elves.

  1. Night elves are trolls that were changed by the magic of the well of eternity.. That is the story.
  2. Evolution does not care. It is defined as simply a change in characteristics.
  3. You stated that because void elves didn’t declare themselves a new race, they aren’t a new race. So that applies to night elves for over a thousand years.

Your logic does not function.
Whats characters think does not matter.

If the high elves had continued calling themselves night elves, it wouldn’t matter because they would still be a new race of elf.

I don’t mind you arguing for high elves, but that doesn’t mean you should start ignoring basic parts of the lore for a narrative.

How so?
You going to state blood elves are magically changed from high elves?

Cause if so
 I’ll be disappointed.

To be fair any Blood Elf that wants to fulfill the fantasy of mastering the void can just play a shadow priest. Void Elves feel like a class fantasy mixed with the original Blood Elf theme

So, where in the lore did Alleria declare the Void Elves to be a new race? Come on, just like the Blood Elves, it was just a new name.

After being effected by the Fel Radiation, they have changed a little bit from the magic.

So them being transformed by an ethereal and Magister Umbrix saying they have been changed means nothing? Got it.

sigh

I am not doing this dumb discussion again. Going to eat cookies instead.

So, you’re wrong about magical changes = a new race?

It is a clear fact that the Fel Cystals emitted radiation, which effected the Blood Elves in forms of eye colours changing from Blue to Green.

are golden eyed blood elves a different race from green eyed ones?

Ask Broflake that, since he is the one who thinks magical changes means it is a new race.

Did they stay that way after they were ambushed by Durzaan? Think we know the answer.

They had better be chocolate chip, boy.
