The High Elf Love Thread đŸ„°

I’m argentinian.

You’re what? in the US?

I guess we’re different races. :woman_shrugging:

How many sin’dorei Have children with Humans.

What relevance does this have?

Cool, demonstrate how they are irrelevant to game design instead of trying to use a weak dismissal as a counter argument. The game has two factions, and oneof them has the core race you want to create a new model over. This is a game design issue.

Anecdotal evidence is anecdotal. No one is going to consider that as a serious argument for your popularity.

Blood elf players make up half the player bae?
You just presumed to speak for players and said “most support high elves”.
Pot, meet kettle.

Lifestyle doesn’t even matter, their political affiliations are different, that’s it, and that’s all that’s necessary.

Because that’s literally what Void elves are.

Void infused Blood elves who don’t like the Horde.

No you misleading now i already said same race, but were not same socially so im not Argentinian and your not American.

Who cares?

Seriously, what is the obsessions with location dressing? They don’t say anything, or maybe a sentence in a bubble if you click on them, they don’t play a part in the story, they’re just there to make the portal look better.

how so? The current blood elf model doesn’t get deleted. In the game files they would be labelled different races. Game design wise there is no requirement.

I do when you guy try to mislead and make false statements. Then argue to try to be wright when you know you are wrong. Like ole boy did.

No, it’s pretty accurate.

Location and whatever idea we follow doesn’t make us different. That’s the whole point.

That final cinematic video that was unlisted was a huge failure. As that guy said, how is that cinematic going to move us forward into SL, or what ever similar he said.

Who cares? Anything to get away from BFA.

I would love to get away from BfA as soon as possible too. But the Devs have really failed badly with that cinematic.

We’re not misleading, we’re going off the lore and how the devs present it that all the elves in question are the same thing. You disagree, fine, we think you’re wrong.

it isn’t anecdotal. It is recorded evidence available for you to go through. If this was a court case we would be going through all of it

No. I said more support high elves than are totally against their them. We arrive at this conclusion due to sample sizing which is used for many marketing decisions.

This doesn’t even address the argument I presented forward earlier.
Let me assist you.

Blood elves and high elves are the same race and people per the devs.
You want a new model for high elves.
If they are the same race as blood elves, then this new model would also need to show up for blood elf NPCs for good game design.

On the other hand, this new model is only for alliance players and Horde NPC’s, even though your original core race, blood elves, belongs to the Horde.

So you give two models of the original race, to the alliance.
Yeah, that’s bad design.
Numerically its a two to one ratio, and that will certainly alienate the player base that is Horde.
Why?
Because the original ownrs are Horde, and yet, for some reason, they get less than the alliance. Its a bad move in game design, in ethics, and in PR.

The whole concept of building N’zoth up so hard then just yeetus deleetusing him was stupid. Best to just get it over with like a bandaid.

What marketing decisions?

Using them as canon fodder?

Oh, I plan on getting over him like a bandaid

They can be incorrect especially considering they didn’t actually create what we are discussing but instead inherited it.
