Where did you see any NIght Elves working with Alliance Forces other than in Darkshore? I can think of is Shandris Feathermoon and Faelie Seawhisper in Nazjatar… and?

Oh I don’t know…massed as forces in front of the gates of Orgrimmar just before Saurfang bit it? I would love to give you a more recent example…but that’s pretty fresh.

There were a lot of requests for various horde races to get their posture fixed, thus zandalari that stand up straight. Are there requests asking for alliance races to get hunched backs?

Prove me wrong about Zandalari trolls are slight change. Because it’s just scabs and standing taller, but they are trolls regardless. Same for Maghar Orcs are just brown skinned orcs with same pose, and yet they still got em as to High Elves are slightly paler appearance and hair colors?

The fact that we’ve had 100% proof they are an Alliance group this entire time and the still keep making the claim they are neutral goes to show what kind of crap we are dealing with.

Context is important on this one, Averie. Lirica used Zandalari as a “slight change” that showed how a slight change could differentiate High Elves from Blood Elves. I asked her if she would accept that type of “slight change”.

It’s not a slight change, by the way - specifically for the males.

I would take a hunched back human if they gave them long beards, they were skinny without huge muscles, and they held staffs like a walking stick.

Yep. That change. Personally I think it would be terrible…but no one before has ever used a difference like that as an example of a “slight change” in reference to slight changes for High Elves.

Which also means right now the Horde’s got two different Night Elven based Allied Races while the Alliance only has one NIght Elven Allied Race.

High Elf Allied Race Megathread (Continuation)

It would make no sense whatsoever, Callistas…that’s entirely the point. She used the Zandalari differentiation from Darkspear as an example of a “slight change” in the conversation about differentiating High and Blood elves.

I think it would be ridiculous…but so was the use of the Trolls as an example.

Even with that argument though she’s correct… They use the Night Elf skeleton for the Zandalari trolls. But they’re both obviously trolls.

A changed posture would be fine, in fact, I think a changed posture would be pretty important. Blood Elves are sassy.

Even so though, that change was specifically done as a response to a request that people felt would improve trolls. So if they follow aesthetic requests to improve upon high elves while also differentiating it then it’s fine.
