The quest ‘‘The Great Vault’’ Didn’t complete after I looted my reward from the Great Vault. It is now asking me for ancient insignia while still asking me to collect a reward. What it is possible to do? Thank you

I had this issue as well. Looted my trinket and did not get quest credit. Also says I need the Ancient Insignia which I did not receive. I need this quest for the Mad Paragon legendary power.

my friend and I both have this problem. we did a full 9chest, grabbed what we wanted and never got the insignia for our legendary. Blizzard please check this out asap

Same. I’m paying good money for this crap and this is what Blizzard does. Not even an acknowledgement.

Same here. Is there a critical number needed before something like this gets noticed?

Same here. I think I didn’t receive credit because I was in a raid group at the time, but that’s not a good reason

I had this issue as well. Looted my weapon and did not get quest credit. Also says I need the Ancient Insignia which I did not receive. I need this quest for the Mad Paragon legendary power.

Having the same issue. Wonder if Blizzard will fix it, give us credit for the quest, or just tell us to wait until next week.

Did you pick up the quest las week or this week? I think the quest intentionally only accepts credit the week after you picked it up. If you grabbed it this week it will only consider what you pick up after the next reset.

Anyone get this resolved? I went to turn in the quest and they appeared as if I didn’t pick them up but stated completed extremely annoying

Same here, on me DH. Also says I need the Ancient Insignia which I did not have.

I have the same issue blizzard could care less about helping us out and blames us for doing something incorrect. they took time to explain how quests work to me. this is a week long quest and they don’t care that its bugged nor do they care if it or they waste our time. You expect more out of a free game not even a game that charges us every month to play.

Same goes for me, my boyfriend and I have the same issue, we looted the vault and I just noticed the quest is still asking me to loot, which I already did. I hope they fix this soon 'cause it’d be nice to get the legendary power thingy.

This happened to me as well. I looted the great vault, but the quest didn’t register it.
